Steel screw-gate carabiner, certified to EN 362, 23 kN. It attaches to the ends of your Tybelt to hook it to a fixed point or to a load.
A carabiner, called a “connector” in PPE jargon, attaches to the ends of the strap. It lets you hook your belt to a fixed point, to a load or to another carabiner, and its screw sleeve locks it once closed.
Its strength is compatible with that of the Tybelt: it does not become the weak link.
